New City Kumon Awards Scholarship to Local Student

Holder, a student at Rockland Learning Center in Pomona, was already enrolled at Kumon when he entered the sweepstakes, and he and his family will use the money to continue his education at the New City center.

“Our mission is to bring the Kumon Method of Learning to as many children as possible, and we felt that this sweepstakes gives more students the chance to commit themselves to furthering their education,” said John Marsh, general manager of the Northeast region. “The Kumon Scholarship Sweepstakes is an opportunity for new students to experience the benefits of the Kumon Math and Reading Program and for existing students to continue enriching their academic career.”
