Holistic Moms Network Rockland

Green Meadow Waldorf School

The Rockland County chapter of the Holistic Moms Network is a group for moms and dads with an interest in holistic health and green living. Monthly meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every month at 7pm. Dads, grandparents, caregivers, and partners are welcome as members. Parents-to-be and new parents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and get informed.


Mothers of Twins Club

The Mothers of Twins Club of Rockland County is a non-profit organization and a member of the New York state and national organization of Mothers of Twins clubs. This group offers support, friendship, education, and social opportunities for mothers of multiples as well as their families. Members include families with twins, triplets, and multiple sets of multiples, as well as families that are expecting them. The group offers family activities throughout the year, monthly meetings with guest speakers, and peer support. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, September-June. Peer support forum begins at 7pm and regular meetings run from 7:30-9:00pm. Prospective members and expectant mothers are welcome to attend meetings before joining. Annual membership dues are $25.




No Drama Mammas & Pappas of NY

No Drama Mammas & Pappas of NY is a social networking group open to all parents and guardians including fathers, grandparents, and caregivers. This group provides a list of local events for the family while connecting parents in an online social setting. The group also offers adult and child book clubs as well as an array of classes in arts, sports, and music.


The Learning Community

The Learning Community of Bergen and Rockland counties is an active support and activity group for families who are home schooling in Bergen County, NJ, Rockland County, and the surrounding areas. There is no membership fee to join. All religious beliefs are accepted. We will occasionally post political issues and legislation that impact homeschooling but will not debate them beyond that initial post. Topics discussed by the group primarily involve activities, classes, field trips, and resources for local families of home-schoolers.
