Martial Arts and Fitness Center Expands Location, Adds Classes

Panth3rs, a Suffern fitness facility for kids and adults, recently expanded its facility into the location next-door. It also now offers yoga and Zumba for kids and adults.

Martial arts and fitness studio Panth3rs recently expanded its space to include the location next door. Panth3rs, which aims to be the one-stop-shop for all families’ exercise class needs, held its grand opening for the expanded facility on Oct. 26. The facility also began two new programs for children and adults on Nov. 1: yoga and Zumba.

The yoga and Zumba programs are offered to adults, seniors, and children five and older. According to owner Al Quiceno, also known as Master Al, Panth3rs is the only staff to include a certified kids Zumba instructor in Rockland County. Classes are offered Monday-Friday after 5pm, and Saturday-Sunday at 9:30am.

Panth3rs also features a Martial Arts-Raw Fit After-School program for first graders and older, as well as kindergarteners who are enrolled in a full-day school class. The program includes free transportation from school, snack, available homework help if needed, and a range of physical activities including martial arts and SeaBeast Aquatics swim class. After-school Pick-up begins as early as 2pm and runs through 6:30pm.

Quiceno says Panth3rs classes are running constantly and the business offers more for less. “We are known as Panth3rs: House of 10 because all of our programs are $10,” says Quiceno. “We focus on customer service as the most important priority of our business.”
