New Dance Center Opens in Nyack

So. Broadway Dance Company opened last September to bring the art of dance to Nyack residents. They offer classes for toddlers through adults of all levels.

Owner and instructor Allison Mills or Miss Allie, has been dancing since the age of three and is certified by Dance Educators of America Inc. and Leap and Learn Childhood Development. She opened the studio in the hopes of, “Providing dancers with the comfort and love of a second home in my very own dance studio where they could share in my love of dance,” she says. 

They currently offer variety of dance and fitness classes. For kids, So. Bway Dance Company offers classes like Pre Ballet, Creative Movement, Mommy and Me Movement, Ballet Classes, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater, Lyrical, Ballet and Hip Hop. For adults, they offer beginner through advanced classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Lyrical. They also have a lot to offer in the way of fitness classes such as Hip Hop Cardio, Dance Party Fusion Workout Class, and Ballet Workout.
