Family Dental Business in Tappan Expands Practice

Smile More Dentistry is expanding to include a new pediatric dental and orthodontics section on the second floor of their building. 
 

Smile More Dentistry in Tappan is expanding to the second floor of their building late January to early February.

Many patients voiced their requests for a pediatric office expansion that would make it so they wouldn’t have to find a new place to get an orthodontist and children’s dentist.

And so, Smile More Dentistry decided to expand and will be dedicating the second floor of their building to a new pediatric dental and orthodontics section. This will provide families with the convenience of having all practices in one location. The additional floor will also help accommodate the flow of incoming children.

“We wanted to be a family dental office,” says pediatric dentist Dr. Darren Tong. “Every time we referred them [patients] to a specialist, they wouldn’t go because it was a hassle and inconvenient for them. We decided it would be best to have everything under one roof.”

The facility provides dental care for children as young as 2 1/2, and the new pediatric section provides procedures like sleep dentistry for fearful children, fillings, and orthodontics (metal and clear braces).
